Comprehensive Campaign Consulting Services

The buyer seeks a nationally recognized fundraising campaign consulting firm to serve as strategic campaign counsel and implementation partner for an athletic transformation comprehensive fundraising campaign. The requested scope includes providing strategic counsel, implementation support, marketing and communications support, executive coaching, and advancement capacity-building. Services also encompass strategic advancement marketing expertise, polished implementation-ready communications products, campaign website strategy, communications and branding, communications and marketing plan development, campaign dashboards and KPI reporting, CRM optimization, donor pipeline management, and overall campaign strategy. Eligibility requires the organization to be onshore (USA Organization Only). The contract period will be for three years. The pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for August 18, 2026, and all questions must be submitted no later than August 20, 2026. The buyer is looking for proposals.
