Bond Counsel Legal Services

The government authority in Texas requires bond counsel legal services. The selected vendor will provide legal advice on developing and structuring bond issues and financial transactions, including tax aspects. Services include advice on financing forms for housing programs, drafting official statements and trust indentures, and analyzing relevant federal, state, and municipal law. The vendor will render opinions on bond validity and tax-exempt status, as well as supplemental opinions. Eligibility requires onshore (USA only) professionals. Performance of the work will be onsite. The authority is seeking proposals.
