Climate Action Planning Assistance Services

The government authority in Iowa seeks climate action planning assistance services. The vendor will provide project management, update the regional greenhouse gas inventory, projections, and targets, and report on the implementation status of GHG measures. The vendor will also guide the agency through a strategic planning process to identify next steps, including future budget and staffing needs, and develop report content and produce a final status report document. Eligibility requires vendors to be onshore (USA only). The contract period is one year, and performance of the work will be onsite. All questions must be submitted no later than August 24, 2026. The authority is looking for proposals.
