Contract Mowing Services

The City of Cocoa, Florida requires a vendor to provide comprehensive, scheduled contract mowing and grounds maintenance services for various city-owned properties, rights-of-way, and medians over a three-year contract period. The vendor must perform offsite work, cutting all grass and vegetation to a uniform finished height of four inches unless city staff directs otherwise in writing. Additionally, the vendor must complete all designated locations within an assigned service group or route consecutively and without interruption. City staff or an authorized contract administrator will routinely inspect completed work zones for quality and formal acceptance. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to apply for this opportunity. The city seeks proposals for the budget, and bidders must submit all questions no later than August 21, 2026.
