Acquisition of Real Property via Lease Service

The government authority requires the acquisition of real property via lease service in Hyannis, MA. The premises must offer a minimum of 3 usable acres, with 4.5 or more usable acres being most desirable. The property should be level and suitable for a parking area and maintenance/office facility.
