The government authority in Los Angeles, CA, requires real estate information services. The scope includes managing 60 regular user accounts for online real estate and property ownership reports, with options for additional regular and temporary users. Reports must include sales and ownership records, sale and purchase dates, recorded sale dates, 3rd-party sale ownership changes with Documentary Transfer Tax, Assessor Parcel Numbers, and recorder's official document numbers. The contractor will also provide a full match and append on APN records with current owner name and mailing addresses, historical ownership data, a data file of all foreclosure actions with specific fields, and data files for assignments, releases, and modifications. Data delivery standards and ad-hoc services are also required. The contract term is five years. Eligibility is limited to onshore (USA organizations only). Performance of the work will be offsite.
