Wellness Services

The government authority requires wellness services in Athens, GA, for individuals aged 60 and older, persons with disabilities, and their caregivers. The scope includes implementing evidence-based initiatives to maintain or improve health and wellness. Specific services involve nutritional status evaluation, individualized guidance for special nutrition needs, and provision of information on diets, lifestyle, and community resources.
