Janitorial Services

The buyer requires a vendor to provide janitorial services for its facility located in Wassaic, NY. The requested scope includes mopping using the double bucket method while changing mop heads and water between areas, removing germs and dirt from surfaces, disinfecting surfaces, and wearing protective equipment as recommended by product labels. The vendor must empty and clean trash receptacles, replace plastic liners, dust furniture and fixtures, vacuum upholstered furniture, and spot clean interior glass, windowsills, and mirrors.
