Water Sampling and Analytical Testing Services

The government authority in Doylestown, PA needs a vendor to provide water sampling and analytical testing services for a two-year contract period. The vendor must test water parameters under the Safe Drinking Water Act and PADEP, using the most recent EPA-defined analysis procedures. Work requires collecting pool samples on Mondays between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., and collecting samples at all other locations Monday through Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. The vendor must notify designated County staff one hour prior to sample collection and email laboratory analysis reports to designated department staff within 48 hours of collection. Reports must display the sample identification number, sample location, test result, and analytical method detection limit.
