Rapid Deployment Team Uniform Supplies

The Washington State Patrol seeks proposals for an agency contract to supply four key pieces of Navy-colored Rapid Deployment Team uniforms: Cascade Combat Shirts, Hellman Combat Pants, 2-Piece Flight Suit Jackets – First Responder, and Elements Jackets – First Responder with Battleshield X Fabric. The buyer will purchase these uniform supplies on an as-needed basis to outfit new members or replace worn equipment for its facility in Tumwater, Washington. Performance of the work will occur onsite, and only USA-based organizations may submit bids. Bidders must submit all questions no later than September 10, 2026. The buyer will post all addenda and answers on the Washington Electronic Business Solution website. To receive procurement notifications, interested vendors must register in the system under commodity codes 200-16, 200-44, 200-70, or 200-85.
