Clinical Ambient Artificial Intelligence (AI) Services

The buyer seeks clinical ambient artificial intelligence services to provide a modern, scalable, AI-enabled voice recognition, transcription, and summary solution supporting provincial clinical operations. The solution must support various clinical disciplines—including Prescribers, Nurses, and Allied Health Professionals—and meet privacy and IT security requirements. The buyer requires implementation services, including project management, installation, integration, and change management advice. The requested scope includes an unintegrated solution using manual cut-and-paste functions, alongside a category two solution that integrates seamlessly with Epic to return documentation directly into Epic workflows for clinician review. To be eligible, vendors must be a Canadian organization, and all work will be performed offsite. Evaluation will assess deployment models, hosting approaches, infrastructure architecture, high availability, disaster recovery, operational dependencies, and cloud or on-premises hosting options.
