Owners Representative Services

The government authority in Jackson, Wyoming, requires an owner’s representative to oversee a baggage handling system, checked baggage inspection system, and building modifications project. The project encompasses a temporary building for a temporary baggage handling system, a building expansion for updated equipment, reconfiguration, equipment upgrades, and related infrastructure improvements including HVAC, electrical distribution, security controls, and a tug drive. The selected vendor must also support the preparation and review of consultant scopes of services and review consultant fee proposals. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to bid. The contractor will perform the work offsite. Interested vendors must submit their proposals digitally via email or online, and the buyer requests a budget proposal within the response. Bidders must submit all questions no later than August 14, 2026.
