The buyer requires a USA-based vendor to provide offsite human resources management services to a government authority located in Green Cove Springs, Florida. The requested scope encompasses supplemental employee lifecycle support, HR compliance, and strategic HR consulting. Specific duties include assisting department heads with recruitment and job postings, coordinating onboarding and offboarding, maintaining records, assisting with employee evaluations, and entering employee information and pay into the payroll module. Additionally, the vendor must handle general HR administration, classification, compensation, benefits support, performance management, employee relations, labor, and analytics while providing requested reports to the HR Management Firm and City Manager. Only onshore USA organizations qualify for this opportunity. The vendor must perform all work offsite from their own office premises.
