The requested scope includes software, configuration, implementation services, integration support, training, testing support, go-live support, and post-implementation stabilization services. The solution must support enterprise-wide project intake, prioritization, governance, planning, execution, resource management, resource planning, financial visibility, portfolio decision-making, project and portfolio reporting, standardized project management practices, role-based security, integration with key enterprise systems, and future scalability. The buyer requires an onshore USA organization only, and the contractor will perform the work offsite. The contract period spans three years.
