Banking and Related Services

The buyer requires a USA-based vendor to provide banking and treasury-related services for a government authority located in Columbia, SC. The requested scope includes general demand deposit account services to transfer funds from six sub-accounts to the primary account, specialized account services for controlled disbursement and positive pay file accounts, depository and paper disbursement services, SCEL account administration, electronic funds transfer services, cash management and investment services, and dedicated customer account management services. The vendor will perform the work offsite. The buyer requests proposals for the budget and conducts a non-mandatory pre-proposal conference on August 21, 2026. Bidders must submit all questions no later than August 28, 2026.
