Voice Over IP Phone System

The buyer seeks a vendor to provide a Voice over IP (VoIP) phone system supporting up to 160 concurrent users with room for future expansion. The vendor must deliver advanced QoS features, IPv4 and IPv6 compatibility, API access for CRM and tool integration, and web-based administration with analytics. Requested scope includes end-to-end encryption, GDPR and HIPAA compliance, call management features, mobile and softphone support, and integrated messaging capabilities. Eligible vendors must operate onshore within the USA only, and the selected vendor will perform all work offsite.
