Janitorial Services

The buyer requires a vendor to provide janitorial services for its facility located in Augusta, GA over a one-year contract period. The required scope includes emptying and removing trash and recycling to courtesy drop-off containers, replacing wastebasket liners, vacuuming carpeted areas, and sweeping tile areas and stairwells. The vendor must dust clear counters, desks, workstations, ceiling vents, chairs, TVs, office and lobby furniture, windowsills, blinds, ledges, and horizontal surfaces. Additional tasks involve cleaning doorknobs and drinking fountains with disinfectant solution, spot cleaning doors, doorframes, and light switches, and cleaning doormats and all lobby glass. Only vendors operating onshore in the USA are eligible, and all work performance must occur onsite. Bidders can submit responses digitally via email or online, and the buyer requests proposal pricing to determine the budget. Bidders must submit all questions no later than August 31, 2026.
