Affordable Housing Consulting and Marketing Support Services

The buyer requires a consultant to provide affordable housing consulting and marketing support services to assist Planning & Development staff, the Planning Commission, and the Common Council. The selected vendor must deliver research, policy analysis, financial analysis, written reports, and advice regarding affordable and workforce housing components of land use proposals. The consultant must apply expertise in real estate finance and New York State affordable housing subsidy programs. For marketing services, the vendor will consult on marketing units to eligible families, help establish an applicant registration system, design outreach materials including Spanish translations, assist local residents with income documentation and applications, and report on lease-ups. The contract covers a one-year period, and performance of the work will be offsite. Eligibility restricts participation to USA-only onshore vendors. The buyer requests proposals to determine the budget. Interested bidders must submit all questions no later than August 31, 2026.
