Official Newspaper of Record Publication Service

The buyer requires an official newspaper of record publication service. The selected vendor must distribute the newspaper at least once per week and provide the County with an Affidavit of Publication within 14 days after the final publication date of any County advertisement. The vendor performs the work offsite. To qualify, the vendor must be an onshore, United States organization. Vendors must pay and register on the tendering authority's website to obtain the unwatermarked RFP document. The buyer seeks proposals for the budget and allows digital submission via email or online. Vendors must submit all questions no later than September 3, 2026.
