Transcription Professional Services

The Authority requires a vendor to provide transcription professional services that convert digital audio and video recordings into written text. The vendor must transcribe board, committee, and other meetings offsite, capturing verbatim content, identifying speakers, providing timestamps when requested, and delivering edited, summarized minutes in the Authority's format. Requested scope includes proofreading, verifying names, titles, locations, and terminology, and producing formatted documents in Microsoft Word, searchable PDF, or other approved electronic formats. The services must ensure accuracy, confidentiality, timely delivery, and regulatory compliance. Only onshore, USA organizations are eligible for this contract. The contract period spans one year, and the Authority is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget. Bidders can submit responses digitally by email or online.
