The buyer requires the vendor to prepare and conduct professional development for educational professionals, including teachers, administrators, and families. The requested scope includes delivering speeches at district conferences, providing technical assistance, analyzing data, offering recommendations, and serving on or chairing task forces that study educational issues. Additionally, the contractor must develop, edit, or review educational curriculum, assessments, and related documents, serve as professional mentors, coaches, or evaluators, and develop or read grants.
