Medical Plan Administration Service

The buyer seeks a vendor to provide full-service medical plan administration for its self-funded Medical Insurance TPA program serving active employees and pre-65 retirees. The requested scope includes offering medical ASO options with pharmacy carved in or carved out, maintaining eligibility and enrollment records, adjudicating claims, and providing regulatory support. Additionally, the administrator must assign a dedicated account management team, manage appeals, conduct strategic planning, supply monthly utilization reporting, and offer toll-free telephone, online, and mobile participant support. To qualify, the bidder must be an onshore USA organization. The selected vendor will perform all work offsite. Bidders can submit proposals digitally through email or online.
