Artist Services

The buyer seeks a professional vendor to provide artist services for a one-year contract period. The selected artist must participate in a residency to develop, produce, and present temporary public artworks, performances, installations, or related public art projects that contribute to community engagement and inform the buyer's strategic plan update. To be eligible, vendors must be located onshore within the United States. The contractor must perform all work onsite. The buyer accepts digital submission responses via email or online and requests proposals to determine the budget. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting occurs on September 01, 2026. Bidders must submit all questions no later than September 14, 2026.
