Fiscal Administrator Services

The government authority in Tallahassee, Florida needs a vendor to provide offsite fiscal administrator services. The buyer requires the vendor to process loan applications, establish Loan Administration Boards for approving loans, process direct payment receipts from borrowers for account deposit, and generate monthly reports for all applications and loans. Additionally, the vendor must maintain loan files, issue borrower statements regarding balances and penalty fees, and handle loan closing documents and check disbursements upon receiving fully-executed closing documents. To be eligible, the vendor must be a USA organization operating onshore. The buyer requires proposals to establish the budget. Vendors must submit all questions no later than August 28, 2026.
