Medical and Pharmaceuticals Supplies

Montgomery County EMS seeks a vendor to provide all medical supplies and pharmaceutical items for the department over a three-year contract period in Clarksville, TN. The selected bidder must accept and process orders for Class 2 and 4 Schedule Drugs. Delivery must occur during normal working hours from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The vendor must fulfill normal merchandise requests within 24 hours if requested during working hours, or within a maximum of three consecutive days excluding weekends and holidays. Eligibility limits participation to onshore USA organizations, and performance of the work will be onsite. The buyer requires proposals for the budget and allows digital submission via email or online, or in-person sealed bids. Vendors must submit all questions by September 1, 2026. Montgomery County Purchasing will receive bids until 10:00 A.M. CST on September 9, 2026, at which time officials will open and read the bids aloud. Proposers cannot withdraw their proposals for 60 days following the deadline. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and wave technicalities.
