The government authority in Pierre, SD requires a vendor to provide a fish transport tank service under a one-year contract. The buyer needs a 5052-grade unpainted aluminum transport tank measuring 76 inches wide, 40 inches high, and 98 inches long. The tank must feature 1.5 to 2-inch insulated walls, a 1/4-inch inner wall, a 1/8-inch outer skin, continuous piano-style hinges, and front and rear ram air vents. The design requires three separate 250-to-260-gallon compartments that run parallel to the trailer length, sloped toward 10-inch diameter ports with integrated knife gate valves.
