Co-pilot Agents Training Services

The buyer requires a United States-based vendor to provide offsite co-pilot agents training services. The selected vendor must review existing Copilot use cases and training materials, conduct recorded instructor-led workshops, and assist staff with prioritizing high-value agent scenarios via coaching and office hours. Additionally, the vendor must recommend agent opportunities aligned with organizational goals, covering potential use cases like SharePoint knowledge retrieval, grant reporting, document summarization, meeting support, project management, staff onboarding, policy guidance, and administrative workflows. To complete the engagement, the vendor will deliver administrator and end-user guidance and documentation, agent development standards, governance recommendations, training recordings, and sample agent designs and configurations. The buyer restricts eligibility exclusively to USA organizations and expects all work performance to occur offsite at the vendor's office premises. The buyer establishes an overall budget of up to 15,000 to 20,000 USD for these requested training services.
