Finance Data Collection and Enable Data Union Aligned Analytics Solution

The buyer requires a vendor to provide a finance data collection and enable data union aligned analytics solution. The vendor must implement an Ed-Fi Finance Data Collection and EDU-aligned analytics solution that uses the agency's current Integrated Data Collection System as the sole mechanism for finance submissions. The solution must publish certified finance data to Ed-Fi ODS/API instances and generate all financial reports, dashboards, extracts, and analytics exclusively from EDU-aligned analytics structures. The vendor will automate validations against a state-managed Chart of Accounts and replace email-based intake with centralized submission workflows. Eligible vendors must perform the work offsite within the USA. Bidders must demonstrate at least two successful debt-based analytics implementations on Ed-Fi-shaped data, compliance with Polyform Non-Commercial license terms, experience integrating with state-wide data collection platforms, and experience supporting role-based digital certification workflows. Bidders must submit all questions by September 2, 2026, and digital proposal submissions are accepted via email or online for the one-year contract.
