Parking Access and Revenue Control System

The buyer seeks a vendor to design a modern parking access and revenue control system that integrates with current infrastructure. The requested scope includes providing modern parking and billing solutions for event parking, monthly parking, staff parking, suite lease holders, and convention organizers. The system requires multiple billing options to separate MVP visitors from Capital Center overflow, integrated metering and billing for public Electric Vehicle charging stations, and optional automated tracking of vehicle entry and exit with live occupancy reporting. The buyer also requires the vendor to design and advise on payment terminals accepting credit, debit, cash, and digital or smart payments, as well as advise on lifecycle management and maintenance. Only onshore, USA organizations are eligible for this opportunity. The vendor will perform the work offsite.
