Local Food Systems

The buyer seeks a vendor to strengthen local food system resilience by developing a Local Food Systems Plan that addresses food production, distribution, access, security, and resilience. To support this effort, the vendor must conduct data collection, implement interactive community engagement methods, build a community engagement survey in English, Spanish, and Vietnamese, and provide accessible digital content. The final scope requires an implementation-ready plan containing strategies and a potential Comprehensive Plan. The buyer limits eligibility to onshore USA organizations only and allows the vendor to perform the work offsite. Vendors may submit proposals digitally by email or online.
