Laboratory Information Management System

The buyer requires a vendor to provide a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and place it into full production operation. The contractor must supply the software application, implementation services, technical services, training, documentation, system integration, data migration, testing, warranty, maintenance, and ongoing technical support. Additionally, the contractor must configure the system to support approved laboratory procedures and quality systems, while demonstrating the ability to integrate the LIMS with applicable Utility systems. The buyer limits eligibility to United States-based vendors. The contractor must perform all work offsite, and conduct all services, support, data processing, data storage, and system administration exclusively within the United States. Bidders must submit all questions no later than September 2, 2026. The buyer seeks proposals for the budget and does not provide specific evaluation criteria.
