Tax Audit Services

The buyer requires a vendor to provide tax audit services for business personal property and gross receipts to the government authority in Salisbury, NC. The selected vendor must conduct audits of accounts selected by County Tax Administration, review taxpayer financial records, income tax filings, and supporting documentation, and identify omitted or misclassified property or receipts. Additionally, the vendor must perform discovery assessments under statutes, prepare audit findings for County review, support appeals when directed, and submit monthly audit status reports. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible for this contract. The vendor must perform all work offsite at their own office premises. The buyer seeks proposals for the budget and requires all questions by August 28, 2026. Proposers must follow all outline and submittal instructions to avoid elimination for non-responsiveness. Submitted proposals must remain valid for at least ninety calendar days from the due date.
