Opioid Settlement Fund Eligible Projects and Services

Oceana County invites onshore, USA-only organizations to submit proposals for opioid settlement fund eligible projects and services. The buyer needs vendors to serve Oceana County, Michigan, by developing, implementing, enhancing, or expanding evidence-based strategies or promising practices. The requested scope includes programs addressing substance use disorders, polysubstance use, and co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. Vendors must work offsite to prevent opioid over-prescribing, prevent opioid misuse, prevent overdose deaths and other harms, and support people in treatment and recovery. The buyer requires vendors to submit all questions no later than August 28, 2026. Bidders may submit responses digitally via email or online, and the buyer requests proposals to determine the budget. The buyer will select winning vendors through a competitive Request for Proposals process, but the final number of awards depends on the amount of funds available for annual allocation.
