Day Treatment Intensive and Day Rehabilitation Services

The buyer, a government authority located in Yreka, CA, needs a USA organization to provide Day Treatment Intensive, Day Rehabilitation, or both specialty mental health services onsite for eligible medical beneficiaries. The successful vendor must deliver recovery-oriented, trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and person-centered structured behavioral health treatment in the least restrictive community-based setting. The scope of work requires the vendor to conduct intake, assessments, admissions, and individualized treatment planning; offer individual, group, family, and rehabilitative services; integrate family and community supports; coordinate care with schools, healthcare providers, and social service agencies; and create discharge plans supporting care continuity. The buyer accepts proposals from onshore USA organizations only and requests budget proposals. Vendors must submit all questions no later than August 25, 2026.
