University Beverage Partnership Services

The University requires an exclusive beverage partner to distribute, sell, dispense, advertise, display, and promote beverages across campus. The buyer seeks to enhance the campus beverage experience and increase net revenues by maximizing product availability, providing innovative technology, and developing mutually beneficial marketing strategies. Additionally, the selected provider must supply funding for dedicated management resources, collaborate on sustainability and community initiatives, and support student success through branded scholarships, travel, professional development, engagement initiatives, and expanded athletics marketing. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible for this opportunity, and the performance of work will occur offsite. The buyer is looking for proposals to determine the budget. Bidders must submit all questions no later than September 3, 2026.
