Audit Services

The government authority in California needs a vendor to provide audit services for a three-year contract period. The buyer requires the vendor to conduct financial, compliance, state agency, local government, local education agency, and operational audits. The requested scope includes analyzing evidence, interviewing individuals, securing physical evidence, evaluating internal controls, reviewing applicable laws and contract requirements, and testing accounting records. The vendor must prepare working papers, summarize audit results, identify systemic vulnerabilities, provide recommendations for improvement, and deliver draft and final reports in standardized formats. To be eligible, the vendor must be a USA organization, and all work will occur offsite. The buyer requires vendors to submit a proposal for the budget.
