The government authority in Houston, TX requires a vendor to provide lift stations inspection, maintenance, repair, and related items supply and service. The buyer seeks all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, services, and incidental materials to perform scheduled inspection, maintenance, and minor repairs at various system-wide locations. Scope activities include maintaining safe, clean, and fully operational lift stations, inspecting pumps and impellers, cleaning wet wells with a vac-con truck, checking for vandalism, recording pump hours, manually testing pump operations and level controls, assisting maintenance staff, responding to alarms, and maintaining field logs.
