Substance Use Disorder Residential Capacity Service

Washington County Health and Human Services - Behavioral Health: The Addictions Program seeks qualified vendors to provide substance use disorder residential capacity services in Washington County, Oregon. Selected providers will deliver offsite, evidence-based services following promising practices under contracts running from July 1, 2027, to June 30, 2032. Contractors must develop and implement quality assurance and quality improvement processes to progressively improve service quality. The county is looking for proposals to establish the budget. Only onshore, USA organizations qualify for this opportunity. Interested parties may submit responses digitally via email or online at the designated OpenGov portal. Vendors must submit all questions by August 28, 2026. The final deadline to submit responses is September 4, 2026, at 4:00 pm. If the number of interested respondents does not exceed the available contracts, the county reserves the right to negotiate contracts directly and forgo the RFP process.
