Pharmaceutical Services and Supplies

Chesterfield County requires a vendor to provide offsite pharmaceutical services and supplies to its government authority. The selected vendor must receive and fill prescription orders continuously via facsimile, email, or secured electronic orders 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year. The scope includes providing an on-call pharmacist for emergency situations 24/7/365, assisting the Jail Medical Director with ongoing maintenance and revision of the formulary, and supplying emergency miscellaneous medical supplies. Only United States onshore organizations are eligible to participate. Offerors can submit proposals digitally via email or online, and the buyer is currently seeking proposed budgets. Offerors must submit all inquiries to Teresa Gordon by September 4, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. Proposals are due no later than September 22, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. at the Lane B. Ramsey Building in Chesterfield, Virginia.
