Post-Disaster Debris Removal Service

The Mobile County Commission seeks a contractor to furnish all labor and materials for post-disaster debris removal services in Mobile, Alabama. The contractor must perform all work onsite in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, executive orders, and authorizing legislation, including the FEMA Public Assistance Robert T. Stafford Act. The buyer limits eligibility to USA onshore organizations. Bidders must submit sealed bids on the provided blank forms by 10:00 A.M. on September 30, 2026, accompanied by a $10,000 bid bond or cashier’s check drawn on an Alabama bank. The buyer invites bidders to an optional web-based pre-bid meeting on September 18, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. Upon contract execution, the selected vendor must provide a $1,000,000 payment and performance bond, as well as a payment and performance bond equal to 100% of the estimate.
