Website Design, Development, Deployment, Implementation and Hosting Service using WordPress CMS

The county requires a vendor to provide website design, development, deployment, implementation, and hosting services using the WordPress content management system. The requested scope encompasses multi-site WordPress administration, child theme development, third-party system integration, modern UX/UI design, and comprehensive maintenance and support. Additionally, the vendor must manage the supporting AWS infrastructure, including load balancing, resource allocation, IAM management, and security hardening. Additional duties include managing an Agile development lifecycle with Git source control, monitoring performance, optimizing scalability, and auditing for accessibility compliance. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible for this opportunity, and the vendor will perform all work offsite. The buyer is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget.
