The requested scope requires the smartphone application to configure output files from the SpiritWeb Management Information System, display custom broadcast messages, and fulfill production support and communication requests for time-sensitive events. The vendor must deliver application text at a sixth-grade reading level and automatically detect user phone language settings to support 23 specified languages using professional interpretation, complete with banners and push notifications. Additionally, the vendor must support transition to a new Electronic Benefits Transfer processor. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible for this opportunity, and the vendor will perform the work offsite.
