The solution must deliver Core HR, workforce records, configurable workflows, payroll processing, tax filing, labor allocation, general ledger integration, self-service experiences, and integrated time, attendance, leave, benefits, talent, and document management capabilities. The system must protect confidential data, maintain role-based access, support business continuity, and comply with applicable accessibility, privacy, employment, payroll, tax, and records requirements. To be eligible, vendors must perform work onshore within the USA, and the buyer requires offsite performance of work. The buyer seeks proposals for the budget and offers a one-year contract period.
