The buyer requires a vendor to provide a web-based, secure customer portal service for an online nutrition education platform. The requested scope includes offering participant-centered interactive lessons, videos, and resources tailored for women, infants, and children participants and department staff. The platform must provide 24/7 access across phone, tablet, and personal computer devices using iOS, Android, and Microsoft operating systems. Additionally, the platform must meet nutrition education requirements and integrate compatibly with the WIC Management Information System. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible for this opportunity. The contractor will perform all work offsite over a five-year contract period.
