Data Consolidation and Reporting Solution

The buyer requires a data consolidation and reporting solution alongside related consulting, software development, customization, subscriptions, enhancement, and support services. The selected consultant must deliver a document design, data governance model, technical solution architecture, and implementation roadmap. The solution must process ocean carrier container-level data, vessel scheduling data, and other message types, while translating transaction-level data from varying terminal operating systems into aggregated operational metrics and cargo projections through hourly and near real-time updates. Work will occur offsite over a five-year contract period. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations. The buyer is seeking proposals for the budget, and bidders can submit responses digitally via email or online. The buyer will hold a pre-bid conference on September 4, 2026. Bidders must submit all questions no later than September 11, 2026.
