Electronic Disease Surveillance System

The buyer needs an electronic disease surveillance system to support core surveillance operations, case intake, triage, investigations, outbreak support, laboratory and clinical data review, and authorized user access. The requested scope includes improving usability, reducing duplicate entries, strengthening interoperability with public health data sources like ELR/HL7 and CDC pathways, and enhancing data quality, traceability, and governance. The vendor must enable reporting, analytics, dashboards, and self-service queries, while supporting governed configurations of forms, workflows, and user roles. The system must maintain performance, reliability, error handling, and scalability for high-volume laboratory processing and outbreak response. To eligible to bid, vendors must be an onshore USA organization. The selected vendor will perform all work offsite. The buyer is looking for proposals to establish the budget. Vendors must submit all questions no later than September 14, 2026.
