Library People-Counting System

The buyer requires a contractor to provide a web-based or Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) library people-counting system for reporting and analyzing location occupancy. The scalable system must use stereoscopic (3D) technology to deliver real-time data, distinguish individuals from groups, and track accurate entry, exit, and current inside counts. Equipment must include a data port connecting via network cable to the county's Power over Ethernet (PoE) switch within 50 feet of the entrance. The platform must also feature user authentication and authorization capabilities to track user activities. Eligibility limits participation to onshore USA organizations, and the contractor performs work offsite. Bidders can submit responses digitally by email or online, and the buyer requests proposals for the budget. Bidders must submit all questions no later than September 11, 2026.
