The buyer requires a secure, cloud-based Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Request Management Application alongside implementation, configuration, training, and ongoing support. The scope includes automated acknowledgments and status emails, digital record releases, and a native connector or API integration with the City's OnBase Content Management System. Additionally, the software must provide native redaction tools for PDFs, images, video, and audio; automatic audio and video transcription and redaction; document ingestion from Outlook and OneDrive/SharePoint; data exports in non-proprietary formats; and real-time compliance tracking metrics. Eligible bidders must be an onshore USA organization to perform the work offsite. The buyer seeks proposals for the budget and accepts digital submissions via email or online.
