Learning Content Instructional Design and Learning Management System Development Services

The government authority in Washington, DC seeks a vendor to provide learning content instructional design and learning management system (LMS) development services. The buyer requires a vendor or firm with demonstrated expertise in adult learning, e-learning development, behavioral learning science, and LMS implementation. The selected contractor will design and build learning pathways within the Learn Worlds LMS, configure course structures, and optimize learning experiences for desktop and mobile environments.
