SCADA System Migration Services

The Clarksburg Water Board seeks sealed proposals from qualified firms to migrate its existing legacy BIF SCADA system to the Ignition SCADA Platform by Inductive Automation. The contractor must furnish all engineering, programming, configuration, integration, testing, commissioning, training, documentation, and related professional services offsite while maintaining operational continuity. The scope covers migrating approximately 1,200 SCADA tags, roughly 20 operator HMI screens, historical data, and legacy control logic to PLCs where required, as well as providing system testing, startup assistance, and operator training. To meet eligibility requirements, the bidder must be a USA organization, demonstrate substantial experience in municipal water or wastewater SCADA integration projects, and hold current status as an Inductive Automation Certified Integrator. The buyer evaluates proposals by giving additional consideration to Premier Certified Integrators and firms with demonstrated experience migrating legacy BIF SCADA systems to Ignition. Bidders may obtain the complete RFP beginning August 12, 2026, and must submit sealed proposals by 10:00 A.M. on August 19, 2026.
